Pack Your Watch
Securely place the watch in its original GUESS presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
